What data we process and why

We only process your email address (plus minimal technical data such as IP and browser, for security) with a single purpose: managing the CineFlow waitlist and notifying you when access opens.

Legal basis

Your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the form checkbox. You may withdraw it at any time.

Retention

We keep your email until the purpose is fulfilled (access launch) or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first.

Data processors

• Variavista: Platform design, development and maintenance (Spain (EU)).
• Proveedor de hosting / Plesk (VPS): Site and waitlist database hosting (EU).
• Proveedor de correo (SMTP): Sending the waitlist confirmation email (EU).

No data is shared with third parties except where legally required.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@cineflownexus.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
